All orders placed over the internet are processed using a state of the art (SSL) Secured Server Line. Credit card numbers are digitally encrypted to provide security. We assure you that we will not sell, share, or exchange our customers personal information or e-mail addresses to anyone, nor do we participate in SPAM or junk e-mailing.
For any order over $800:
One of our sales reps will contact you and request you pay by either Cashier's Check, Certified Funds or Money Order.
Credit Card Payments: When paying by credit card you will be asked to specify your payment type and enter your credit card information during the "Check Out" process. You must enter the proper billing name and address for your credit card in order for us to process your order. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address you may have to approve that shipping address with your credeit card company in order for us to be authorized to ship to a different address than the billing address for your credit card. Non US credit cards may require additional address and security verification information in order for us to ship your order.
Money Order or Check Payments sent by Mail: Any payment by Money Order or Check must be payable from a US Bank. If you are paying by Check for an order outside of the United States, then you must go to your bank and have them make out a Money Order or Cashiers Check payable from their corresponding US banking partner. We will not accept any Check or Money Orders of any type that must be collected through a bank out side the United States because of the banking fees involved. All payments by Money Order or Check should be made out in US currency. If ordering online and paying by Money Order or Check select "Will Mail Money Order / Check Payment" during checkout when selecting the payment type. When paying by Money Order or Cashiers Check, your Order is shipped when funds are received. When paying by Personal Check, orders are not shipped until funds have cleared banking system.
To insure a speedy delivery when paying by check please input your order on our internet order form and be sure to complete the order to its finish where you will receive a confirmation number. Please write this confirmation number on your check.
Western Union Electronic Payments: There are some 40,000 Western Union Locations Worldwide. After placing your order online, by mail, or over the phone you may send your payment by Western Union. If ordering online Select payment type "Will Send Western Union Payment" from the pull down menu available during checkout. Orders being paid by Western Union Payment are shipped when the Funds Are Received. To make your payment by Western Union go to your local Western Union Office. Many stores, etc. handle Western Union Payments. When making your payment by Western Union specify:

You must Phone, Mail, or Email us the money “Transfer Control Number” you receive from Western Union when the payment is sent so that the payment may be picked up!
Ordering Online but Paying By Check/Money Order: If ordering Online and you want to pay by check or money order, select payment type "Will send check prior to delivery" from the pull down menu when checking out. Then we recommend that you print out your order total and mail it with your payment. Note the payment address is "HerbalRemedies" not "HairLossRemedy."
Paying By Credit Card Online: If paying by credit card just select the credit card type that you are using and enter all credit card information. This is a secure transaction!
Ordering By Phone (HerbalRemedies): You are also welcome to call in your order toll free in the USA at 1-866-467-6444 and Worldwide at 1-212-279-4351 and pay by credit card over the phone or mail in your payment. When paying by Personal Check your order will be shipped after a minimum 7-day waiting period. If ordering by phone we are open Monday - Friday from 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM MST. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. We are open for online ordering 24 hours a day every day of the year.
