OUT OF STOCK ITEMS: If you received an order and a product was not delivered because it was “out of stock”, you were NOT charged for that item. Due to time limits on credit card authorization we do not hold back orders, and you will need to place another order to receive the out of stock item. Most “out of stock” items are back in stock within two weeks of your original order. If an item was out of stock, and you wish to reorder that item, you are eligible for free ground shipping for that item - call our toll free number to receive your free shipping info related to out of stock purchases.
Return Policy: All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of your order in accordance with the policies listed below. There are no refunds after 30 days of receipt of your order. Original shipping charges are not refundable.
1. If you wish to return any item for any reason you must obtain a "Return Authorization Number". Please call us toll free at 1-866-467-6444 or email us at information@naturalhairlossremedy.com to obtain a "Return Authorization Number". No returns are acknowledged without a "Return Authorization Number" and NO refund will be given without first obtaining a "Return Authorization Number".
2. Books, CD’s, DVD’s, or Tapes are not refundable and should not be returned.
3. Any unopened/undamaged item can be returned within 30 days from receipt for a full refund of the price that you were charged for the product.
4. If you are returning an item because it was damaged in shipping or we shipped an incorrect item, please notify us immediately via e-mail or telephone so we can resolve any problems to your satisfaction. You will be refunded, or we will reship items that were damaged in shipping. You may be requested to return the damaged item or incorrect item at our cost in order to receive your refund. If this is requested, we will send you a return mailing label with postage for the return.
5. If you received a $5.99 shipping discount on an order that was originally over $95, and you returned items from that order reducing your original order value below $75, then you will be charged $5.99 on that order.
6. L'Equip Appliances come with a manufacturer warranty and if they are defective the manufacturer deals with the customer directly to honor their warranty. Please see warranty information that comes with those products.
7. Pillows, ionic toothbrushes, braces and/or any item that has been opened and/or have direct contact with the skin can not be returned and no refund is available. These items may be returned for a full refund if they are un-opened, unused, in original manufacturers packaging. There is a $5.00 restocking fee for all Core Products brand products that are returned.
8. Other than those products listed above, if a product has been opened, you may return the product and receive a 50% refunded of your original purchase price of the items. We recommend you do not open items that you are not ready to use immediately.
9. Shipping Charges for any type of expedited Express delivery which is delayed due to bad weather are NOT refundable.
10. Packages that are refused at the time of delivery, left unclaimed, or not deliverable and that are returned by the shipper to us:
a. If it is our fault, upon learning of the shipping error and obtaining the correct shipping information we will create a new order and reship the new order to you at no additional cost.
b. If it is the customer’s fault, usually because an incorrect shipping address was provided to us, then we will refund the price that was paid for the product less a 15% restocking fee and less any return shipping charges. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If the customer provides us with the proper shipping information and requests that we reship the order, we will create a new order and reship the order at the normal cost to the customer.
11. For International returns, the customer is responsible for any costs that may have been incurred during shipping or return shipping, including holding fees, brokerage fees, import taxes, duties, etc. as well as a restocking fee.
