Credit Card Payments: When paying by credit card you will be asked to specify your payment type and enter your credit card information during the "Check Out" process. You must enter the proper billing name and address for your credit card, plus your CVV code, in order for us to process your order. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address you may have to approve that shipping address with your credit card company in order for us to be authorized to ship to a different address than the billing address for your credit card. Non US credit cards will require additional address and security verification information in order for us to process your order.
Money Order or Check Payments sent by Mail: Any payment by Money Order or Check must be payable from a US Bank. If you are paying by Check for an order outside of the United States, then you must go to your bank and have them make out a Money Order or Cashiers Check payable from their corresponding US banking partner. We can not accept any Check or Money Orders of any type that must be collected through a bank outside of the United States. All payments by Money Order or Check should be made out in US currency. If ordering online and paying by Money Order or Check select "Mail Money Order or Check Payment" during checkout when selecting the payment type. When paying by Money Order or Cashiers Check, your Order is shipped when funds are received from your bank. When paying by Personal Check, orders are not shipped until funds have cleared the banking system.
To insure a speedy delivery when paying by check please follow the normal ordering process and fully complete the order process to receive a confirmation number. Please write this order confirmation number on your check and if possible print and mail a copy of your order with your payment.

Shipping in the U.S.A.:
When Placing your order you will need to select a shipping method from a pull down menu of choices during the check out process, you may select:
- USPS Mail 3 to 10 days
- Ground 3 to 6 days
- 3 day (orders received by noon EST)
- 2 day (orders received by noon EST)
- Overnight(orders received by noon EST)
Orders received Monday - Friday by 2:00 PM EST will usually be shipped the same day. All orders Received on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will usually be shipped the next Business day!
Days we do "NOT" Ship:
Though you may order online 24 hours a day 365 days a year, we do not ship on the following days and holidays: Weekends, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, The Day After Christmas, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th. All orders made on these days are shipped on the following business day.
What may delay or cause us to cancel your order?
1. If you did not provide the proper billing address for your credit card.
2. If you did not give us the proper CVV code from the back of your credit card.
3. If you are shipping to a different address than your billing address.
4. If you are paying with a NON US Bank credit card.
5. If the phone number you provided does not match the billing address.
6. If we are unable to electronically validate your billing information.
7. If an item on your order is out-of-stock.
If you supply an Incorrect or Incomplete shipping address there is a $10.00 service charge imposed by Our Carriers that will be charged to you, so make sure you have given us an accurate and complete shipping address. Don’t forget to include your apartment number, etc.

Expedited Shipping in the USA:
You can expedite the shipping of many of our products by selecting Overnight Next Business Day starting at $19.99. These orders MUST BE RECEIVED by 12:00 pm MST. Upgrading your order to Overnight Next Business Day service does not mean that you are guaranteed to receive your package the Next Day. It reduces only the time your order is in transit. However, we do everything possible to process and ship orders on the day of receipt and to get that order to you Overnight. All orders Received For Overnight Shipping on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday! And Overnight Next Business Day Orders Received on Fridays Will not actually arrive till Monday Unless you select Overnight Saturday Delivery. Shipping Charges for expedited Express delivery which is delayed due to bad weather are NOT refundable. You will always see exact shipping charges before final checkout.

Shipping Restrictions in the USA
Many US States, Cities & Counties do not permit the sale of certain supplements within their state or county. We will not deliver any products to any State, City or County that restricts the sale of that product. Do not order and we will not deliver any products for delivery to a domicile that has restricted the sale of such products.

Return Policy and Guarantee:
- Packages refused at the time of delivery, unclaimed or not deliverable packages, due to no fault of ours will be considered a return and are subject to a 15% restocking fee and will be charged twice the shipping fee.
On all International return orders the customer is liable for all costs incurred during shipping.
If a domestic order customer wants a package re-shipped for any reason, there will be a flat $5 shipping fee, and the method of shipment will be at our discretion. Shipping & Handling will be non refundable.
